Traditional Gumbo

This Creole gumbo has it all.  Ours is cooked with roux, trinity, bay leaves, chicken, sausage, ham, shrimp, crab meat and okra. We stand true to our roots on this one. Served with rice.

JAMBALAYA – Is an Creole/Cajun deriving from Africa and consist of fresh vegetables, fresh seasonings and rice.  We cook ours with chicken, andouille, ham, and sausage.
