    Started with a roux, trinity, bay leaves & Louisiana file; filled with chicken, turkey ham, sausage; cooked low and slow.(Ain’t no pork in this one!)

     

    TRADITIONAL – 16oz – $22| 32oz – $43
    This Creole gumbo has it ALL, roux, trinity, bay leaves, chicken, sausage, shrimp, ham, crab and okra. (True to our roots!) This gumbo is not on our daily menu.
